Terms and conditions.

Handmade Jewellery: There is a large selection of unique and original designs for you to choose from, just take a look through my gaellery for examples. Everything is made by Rachel Grigg. Please contact me using the contact page if you would like to commission a piece, or if you have preferences over colours, shapes or if you would like to incorporate some of your own special beads into a design. My printed plastic range is intended to vary in printed design - that's the beauty of it - no two pieces are ever the same. You can specify a range of particular colours if you like, or if you have fabrics which are special to you please contact me to see if I can use them to create a bespoke printed piece for you.

Everything is handmade to order, so please take this into account and allow time for delivery, particularly if you have special requests. This might involve me having to order particular stones myself in order to create a special peice, so may take longer. If you are in desperate need of a piece quickly, please contact me directly and I will see what I can do!

Postage: I will always endeavour to post your order out to you within 3 days but please allow 1-2 weeks for delivery. If there is a problem with your order I will contact you. Orders are sent Royal Mail first Class recorded delivery. Shipping charge Shipping to the UK is £1.00 only.

International postage: I am happy to post to any part of the world. If you are purchasing from anywhere other than the UK please add £3.00 to the final price.

Paypal: If you want to buy any items just click on the paypal link in the online shop page.

Pay by cheque: Alternatively you can make your payment by cheque, just e-mail me with the details of what you want to buy and I will remove them from sale on the site. Your goods will be despatched as soon as your cheque clears usually 3-5 days.

Credit card: You can use Paypal to pay by credit card, you don't have to join paypal to do this.

Returns/refunds :I take every care in making and packaging my handmade jewellery. If for any reason it arrives to you damaged, please return it to me recorded delivery where I will replace or fix it. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase then if it is returned to me within 7 days in the original packaging then I will be happy to exchange the goods. All returns must be sent back to me recorded deliver and after an email has been sent informing me of the reason for the return. No exchanges are given on sales goods. No exchanges on earrings due to hygiene reasons

Jewellery care: Silver and cooper jewellery will tarnish with time and wear. It is a good idea to polish your jewellery frequently with a soft dry cloth to avoid tarnish. Avoid contact with perfume, chemicals , deodorant and similar products. Don't wear your jewellery in the shower or pool, or when doing any kind of heavy work!
